I starting taking KPAX Immune years ago when I first contracted Lyme disease. I have been taking Kpax immune daily for the last few years. (I think since March of 2016)I haven’t had a cold or flu in all of that time. On a regular day I just take one in the morning. When I feel like I’ve been exposed to something or traveling I will take up to four a day. I’m a mom and a nurse. I’m not paid to endorse it, I’m just a person that it really works for.I send it to my kids and make my DH take it as well.I agree it’s a big pill and costly. Totally worth it in my book.

I am a woman, nearly 60 and have struggled with Afib, DVT, Candida, LPR and my weight. I need to take a lot of different supplements so it is nice when a multi like this one can incorporate things I would have had to purchase separately. The mix seems to help my body personally too. I was taking another prescription multi vitamin, as prescribed by my health provider. It is a very good multivitamin, and in liquid form, but I have hashimoto's disease and it did not give me the results that I and my physician wanted. She started me on the K-PAX and it has helped my blood work tremendously. Also, it is easier for traveling than the the refrigerated multivitamin.
